Large Improvements and New Features
-
The PCR-Narrative page's AI voice transcriber is now much faster, can handle longer recordings, and can directly activate your microphone rather than requiring you to pre-record the audio.
-
NSure eligibility check results are now saved in the relevant dispatch's journal.
Small Improvements, Buffs, and Changes
-
The Nemsis3WS (trauma registry emulation) endpoint now always returns a nonzero requestHandle, necessary for ImageTrend compatibility.
Reminders of Upcoming Events
-
Back in February 2024, AngelTrack moved to buffet-style licensing, in which the advanced (power-user) features are now separately licensed, so that bare-bones users no longer pay for advanced features they don't use.
At that time, all existing AngelTrack servers were awarded 24-month grandfather licenses, enabling most of the advanced features through February 2026.
In February 2026 these grandfather licenses will expire, at which time your monthly licensing cost will increase if you wish to continue using the advanced features.
At that time you will begin receiving a certain number of perk credits every month, at no cost, with which to enable some advanced features of your choosing, at no cost. The number of perk credits you receive depends on your license size.
To learn more about the feature buffet system please refer to the Feature Buffet Guide.
-
Build 565: Facility onlookers can now download report PDFs directly from the Onlooker Dispatch Board, for calls that are still active.
-
Build 564: There is a new 'Complaint' value called 'Standby (Vertex ignore)'. It acts like a normal Standby call, but Vertex will ignore it when solving for other calls. This allows you to book certain errands that should be exempt from Vertex solutions and from self-drive (automatic dispatching).
-
Build 564: The VectorCare integration can now be used by third-party trip brokers whose systems are capable of emulating the VectorCare API.
-
Build 563: AngelTrack has re-integrated with VectorCare to support their v2 webhook, which works better than v1. You can upgrade from v1 to v2 at any time by visiting your VectorCare account and changing the URL it uses to talk to AngelTrack.
-
Build 562: NEMSIS version 3.5.1 support. If you would like to select v3.5.1 as your default NEMSIS export format for your billing system, you may do so on the Preferences page, under Settings. You can continue to import NEMSIS XMLs into AngelTrack in any version (v334, v340, v350, or v351) you happen to have.
-
Build 561: Can now mark specific facility records as priority boosted (+1, +2, or +3) in Vertex solves, in order to prioritize responses to those facilities.
-
Build 560: AngelTrack can now display a reminder popover to crew members when they press the 'enroute', if they have any unfinished reports that are due, according to the reports-due-after settings you've configured under Preferences. You would use this when your county or state requires very quick uploads of charts, and you want to remind your crews to work on their unfinished charts while enroute to their next call. You can activate this feature from the "Reports due" section of the Preferences page, under Settings.
-
Build 559: AngelTrack now has an experimental webservice which emulates a state trauma registry, allowing any PCR software to upload trip data (in NEMSIS XML format) directly into AngelTrack's billing system, by means of the PCR's existing ability to upload to a trauma registry. To learn more, please visit the NEMSIS XML Import Guide.
-
Build 559: AngelTrack has integrated with the Forward Thinking / FTSGPS AVL service to automatically pull your live vehicle data from their servers. To learn more, please visit the Forward Thinking / FTSGPS Integration Guide.
-
Build 559: AngelTrack has integrated with the GPSInsight AVL service to automatically pull your live vehicle data from their servers. To learn more, please visit the GPSInsight Integration Guide.
-
Build 558: There is a new Report Builder dataset named 'PCR-Signatures' that reports all signatures collected by the PCR over a date range.
-
Build 557: The EDI importer and the automatic workflow now gracefully tolerate out-of-order EOBs, where the secondary's adjudication has a production date earlier than the primary's, owing to different adjudication cycle lengths.
-
Build 556: Two new datasets in Report Builder's "Dispatches" category.
-
Build 555: AngelTrack has integrated with RoscoLive / RoscoVision to pull geolocation data from your AVL devices into AngelTrack. To learn more, please visit the RoscoLive AVL Guide.
-
Build 554: There is a new type of custom PCR field, which collects a current geolocation from the user. You can place one of these fields onto a signature form to make it into a geolocated attestation, the way the PCS and McPAN forms do.
-
Build 554: The PPE fields on the PCR-Crew tab can now be extended via the custom picklist value system, allowing you to add new types of PPE gear.
-
Build 554: AngelTrack has re-integrated with Stryker, to accept case data via Stryker's new v2 API. All Stryker import functionality within AngelTrack is unchanged, but you can now pull data from any new LIFEPAK 35 monitors.
-
Build 553: You can now add any number and type of custom fields to the PCR signature forms -- both the built-in signature forms, and any new signature forms you create. This allows you to create fillable questionnaires with electronic signature, which the crew can fill out on-scene. To learn more, please visit the Custom Signature Forms Guide. To activate your Enterprise PCR license, please visit your Feature Buffet, available from the Authorization page.
-
Build 553: You can now attach documents to a facility record. The Facility Edit page has a new "Documents" tab for this purpose.
-
Build 552: Customers with an Enterprise PCR license can now customize the PCR signature forms, and add new ones. To learn more, please visit the Document Templates Guide. To activate your Enterprise PCR license, please visit your Feature Buffet, available from the Authorization page.
-
Build 551: Two more datafields now have custom picklist values: Vehicle Type and Medication Dosage Units.
-
Build 551: For those who use AngelTrack all day long and would enjoy a change: There are three new color schemes, "Red", "ClassicSlate", and "OliveDrab", augmenting the existing "Purple" and "Green" color schemes. You may recognize the ClassicSlate color scheme if you used AngelTrack prior to 2022. You can try out a color scheme by visiting the Support page and clicking the "HTML5 Control Preferences" item.
-
Build 550: The NEMSIS/NFIRS State Uploader now supports split uploads, like this:
-
A mandatory upload to your state trauma/fire registry, or to a county registry that forwards data to the state; and
-
An optional upload to a regional trauma/fire registry which does NOT forward data to the state and which therefore does NOT fulfill your state reporting requirements.
This is done to support the new RAC (regional) registries which do not forward data to the state. Thus, from this point on, every State Upload Credential has a marker to indicate whether it satisfies the state reporting requirement (due to being the state or being a county that forwards to the state). To learn more, please visit the Regional Uploads Guide.
-
Build 550: Report Builder has a new dataset: PCR-Completeness, which replaces and expands on the older PCR completeness reports.
-
Build 549: The enteprise PCR's custom EMS picklist values system now supports 12 additional tables (fields), including "Complaint", "Cancellation reason", and "QA objection category".
-
Build 549: You can create new EMD cards, to accompany your new custom complaint values.
-
Build 549: The crew-certificates system is now fully customizable and extensible; you can create new certificate types that act like the base types, and which therefore contribute to a shift's capability calculations. For example, you can create an "Advanced Wheelchair Van" certificate that acts like the built-in "Wheelchair Van" certificate for the purpose of shift capabilities. To learn more, please visit the Custom Crew Certificates Guide.
-
Build 548: The enteprise PCR's custom EMS picklist values system now supports 10 additional tables (fields), including "Type of Destination" and "Transport Disposition".
-
Build 548: You can now place custom fields onto the PCR-PMHx page, including the relevant page within the Offline PCR.
-
Build 547: The enteprise PCR's custom EMS picklist values system now supports 30 additional tables (fields).
-
Build 547: On the Dispatch Edit page there is a new "Split" function which mirrors the auto-dupe lightning bolt available to crews in self-dispatch mode. Splitting a dispatch creates a copy of it, same origin, same destination, same crew assigned, but no patient record attached. It is used for 911 situations where a second patient is discovered on-scene.
