Improvements and new features

Support for "car service" as service level distinct from wheelchair van, with a different price schedule and a separate section on invoices.

Dispatchers can now view all employees' timecards, remotely clock-out employees, and can set and clear timeclock flags.

Customer Portal's display of PAN status is now less confusing.

Prior Auth Queue can now be filtered by origin facility, to assist in making "Paperwork Roundup" trips to nursing homes.

Dispatch assignment rules updated for shifts originating in Texas (i.e. subject to Texas DoH regulations).

"PCS needed?" logic updated, PCS forms are no longer requested for Medicaid patients.

All reports that were still counting ALS and MICU calls together now count them separately.

When an invoice for a facility or an affiliate includes a ledger balance, the invoice now includes a detailed chart of unsettled ledger items.

QA Review form has a slick new UI for specifying the service provided. Also, the form is now aware of the service limits of the vehicle/affiliate that ran the dispatch. See the updated QA Review guide to learn more.

Better support for line-item service charges, via a new "Service charge" payment event type.
