AngelTrack 2.0 build 216 (2015-05-02) release notes
The following features, bugfixes, and changes are present in this build:
Improvements and new features
-
Shift Begin page now shows estimated fuel levels of all available vehicles.
-
The "Receiving facility" signature forms are now disabled until the crew has actually arrived at their destination. This is done to stop the current practice of crews collecting the "Receiving facility" signatures while still at origin, defeating the purpose of the signature.
-
Social Security numbers may now be input in any of the following formats:
-
AAA-BB-CCCC
-
AAA BB CCCC
-
AAABBCCCC
All input formats will then be automatically converted to the standard AAA-BB-CCCC format.
-
New preference setting: BLS+ crews must provide at least one impression (ICD-10 code) before submitting their report to QA. This new setting is enabled by default, because BLS+ crews should already be doing so for every call.
-
Rewritten Announcement Edit page uses a new WYSIWYG text editor, which supports cut-and-paste directly from Microsoft Word. Therefore you can now easily paste sections from your employee handbook into announcements.
-
Rewritten Medical Protocol editor page now supports cut-and-paste from Microsoft Word, including formatting. This reduces the time to totally convert your MS-Word protocol document to about an hour, depending on how closely your protocol's sections match those used in the NASEMSO model EMS guidelines (AngelTrack uses NASEMSO sectioning).
-
Rewritten EMD Card Editor page uses the new WYSIWYG text editor, and likewise supports cut-and-paste from Microsoft Word.
-
PCR Narrative Length Report reworked to show percentages, which are much more useful than raw numbers.
-
Prior Authorization Queue default filters changed: missing PCS forms are not shown unless you check the box to show them.
-
New Call Volume Heatmap visualizes where your origin hotspots and destination hotspots are.
-
Can now grant individual employees permission to use the timeclock remotely -- while not connected to a company-owned network.
-
New preference setting: when a PCS is needed, the crew must complete one (or scan in a paper one) before submitting their report to QA.
-
All employees can now view the journals (if any) for their own timecard entries.
-
New report Receivables Balance Aging Report shows all receivable balances by service level, grouped by age bracket.
-
AngelTrack's built-in medical protocol is now populated with the entire content (all 61 sections) of the NASEMSO National Model EMS Clinical Guidelines. You can use it as-is or customize it to match your current protocol.
Significant bugfixes
-
Dispatch records would occasionally show "and nbsp;" as the origin floor/room or as the destination floor/room.
-
When a dispatch is marked non-billable, it would still ask for a PCS and a PAN if those would otherwise be required.
-
Beginning in build 215, the ePCS form printed the authorizing party's name as "FirstLast", rather than as "First Last".
-
In the Dispatch Create page, the Firefox browser sometimes fails to plot the route in the map window.
