AngelTrack 2.0 build 218 (2015-05-16) release notes

The following features, bugfixes, and changes are present in this build:

Improvements and new features

  1. On the dispatch board, shifts that are nearly overdue are highlighted with a dotted red outline, and overdue shifts in a solid red outline.
  2. When supervisors clock themselves out without having all their reports done, their timecard will be notated with the number of unfinished reports.
  3. Call Volume Heatmap can now filter out volume from contracted locations, in order to identify hotspots that are not yet under contract.
  4. The Invoice Edit page has a new "Payment Events" tab, showing a grid of all payment events generated by the invoice. The grid allows full editing of the payment events.
  5. The Facility Revenue Analysis Report now includes the prior quarter, with projected revenues for dispatches not yet finished with billing.
  6. Medications can now be given prices. When a price is not zero, it is automatically added to the dispatch as a service charge whenever the crew uses the PCR to report giving it to a patient. This includes oxygen; therefore AngelTrack can now automatically bill for oxygen usage.
  7. The new Facility Service Request system is live, and ready for use by your call-takers and salespeople.
  8. UI for creating and modifying lab test batteries is overhauled and now much more friendly.
  9. PCR requirements for a "Labs" dispatch can now be satisfied with a Lab Test Results record or an IV record, for those agencies using "Labs" dispatches to bill for IV starts.
  10. The PCR Review page has smarter data highlighting: abnormal values are now picked out in a larger, bolder font, while normal values are rendered in a smaller, dimmer font.

Significant bugfixes

  1. If a QA reviewer attempted to clear all text from the "Dialog with the crew" box, the change would not be saved.
