The following features, bugfixes, and changes are present in this build:

Improvements and new features

Mileage Efficiency Report now has better detection of cases where large numbers of erroneous odometer readings (provided by crews) make it impossible to accurately calculate a vehicle's slack mileage and efficiency percentage.
Crew QA Performance Report cleaned up and expanded with additional columns.
Today Bar now has better rendering of calls which were held over from the day before, as well as outbound calls that run late (thus pushing out the return trip).
The crew privilege ☑ PCR Auto-Duplication now also controls access to the red and blue lightning-bolts in the PCR.
The Calendars now use the improved runtime-estimation logic developed for the Today Bar.
The Calendars now indicate overlapped calls using the same color codes as the Schedule.
New Payment Event Finder page can locate, edit, print, and export payment events matching a range of filter criteria.
When detaching an item from an invoice, a popup window now gives the option to change the item's payor. This is for use when removing from a facility invoice the items that are going to be billed to the patient instead.
PCR Review page now shows completeness grades for all items.
Checklists With Problems Report now graphically represents all completeness grades, and the count of items below minimum is now a link to the corresponding Checklist Shortfall Report.
