AngelTrack 2.0 build 226 (2015-07-11) release notes
The following features, bugfixes, and changes are present in this build:
Improvements and new features
-
All ZIP code fields for all dispatches, patients, and facilities now support ZIP+4.
-
Insurance policyholder name field is now split into last-name/first-name.
-
Patient billing settings now allows selection of an insurance payor ID (the five-digit code used when electronically filing an insurance claim). Once the biller has selected the payor ID, the field is protected from editing, unless and until a crew member clicks a button indicating the insurance policy has changed.
-
Missing Demographics Queue now flags patients who are missing gender, missing secondary insurance type, or missing the insurance policyholder name (if not 'self').
-
Missing Demographics Queue now has a checkbox allowing it to find patients who need to have an insurance payor ID set, for use when electronically filing an insurance claim. Your billing office should begin the process of finding and inputting this data into AngelTrack, as it will be required by AngelTrack's coming clearinghouse integration features.
Significant bugfixes
-
Employees using the Employee Edit page opened from Employees List should be allowed to change their own passwords.
-
The Shifts page column "Fuel Level" threw an error when the user clicked it to sort the open shifts by fuel level.
-
The automatic 60-second refresh logic in the various billing queues was causing the whole page to reload, instead of merely refreshing the grid.
-
"[Not applicable]" should not have been a possible selection for the patient's gender.
-
The "Preauth status" field in the Dispatch Edit page sometimes showed "Not applicable" when a PAN was in fact needed. This was a UI bug, not a database bug; therefore the Prior Auth Queue and various PCS coverage reports were not affected.
-
When running an insurable call, the PCR should require the policyholder last name and first name when the patient has insurance and the "Relation to Policyholder" datafield is not "self".
