AngelTrack 2.0 build 231 (2015-09-30) release notes
The following features, bugfixes, and changes are present in this build:
Improvements and new features
-
The list of insurance payor IDs is now editable, and new payor IDs can be added at any time.
-
Can now delete and undelete the certificates of vehicles, stations, and crew members. Crew members cannot delete and undelete their own certificates; they must ask a supervisor or member of HR to do so.
-
To prevent an employee from uploading a malicious document carrying a virus, the PCR now only accepts uploads of images -- including BMP, JPG, GIF, and PNG. PDFs are also accepted: their embedded images will be extracted and reprocessed in order to strip out any malicious code. Back-office personnel, using the white areas of the product, are still permitted to upload other document types.
-
The certificate system now supports a "City" flag on each certificate type, applicable to crews, vehicles, and stations. You can record all your city licenses and stickers using this new flag, and then let AngelTrack warn you when a dispatch's origin is in a city that you are not stickered for.
-
Coding page now gives the biller direct (assisted) control over the CR104 field "Reason For Transport Code" and the NTE02 claim notes field.
-
New report Call Share By Tag shows a pie-chart of your call volume by assigned tag, filterable by date, service level, and zone.
-
Improved UI for adding checklists, checklist items, and checklist sections.
-
Facilities Payor Matrix report now shows a new category: patients with private insurance and Medicare.
Significant bugfixes
-
When an ICD-9 code is hand-typed into the Coding page, and then later edited, the edits were not recorded.
-
If a DBA is specified for loop 2310B, the DBA name should not appear on run reports and invoices unless it is actually different than the main business name.
-
ICD-9 codes that are formatted exactly like ICD-10 codes were mistakenly written to the 837P document as ICD-10 codes (ABK/ABF).
