The following features, bugfixes, and changes are present in this build:

Improvements and new features

1. Batch 837Ps.
2. Direct control over the contents of loop 2000A/2310B PRV02 (the qualifier for the taxonomy code) for those whose clearinghouse requires it.
3. When editing a payor ID or payor name, can now choose to apply those changes across all patient records linked to that payor ID.

Significant bugfixes

1. Sometimes the Insurance Exception Queue page fails to open, instead returning an error message.
2. When adding a new certificate to a crew member, vehicle, or station, only the top half of the calendar control is shown. Affects only the Firefox browser.
