AngelTrack 2.0 build 237 (2015-11-08) release notes

The following features, bugfixes, and changes are present in this build:

Improvements and new features

1. Can now export coded dispatches as ready-to-print CMS-1500 PDFs (!).
2. Better support for adding non-billable items to an invoice, as zero-charge informational items.
3. Coding page has a checkbox for the ET modifier, needed by Texas Healthspring and a few other insurers.

Significant bugfixes

1. If an invoice item is subsequently marked non-billable, attempting to partially pay the invoice would result in an error message.
2. The Checklist Shortfall Report would fail with an error if there were expiration dates in the underlying checklists.
