AngelTrack 2.0 build 243 (2015-12-20) release notes

The following features, bugfixes, and changes are present in this build:

Improvements and new features

1. Yet more data columns added to the Bulk Excel Export output, including subtotals of all payments received from the facility, from the affiliate, and from the patient
2. 20 more data columns added to the export of the payment events list in the Payment Event Finder, for the purpose of calculating per-patient sales commissions over any date range.
3. New Preferences setting for "Medicare Requires Prior Authorization", for use by EMS operations based in states where CMS has rolled out this program.
4. Improved patient search filters in the Patients List.

Significant bugfixes

1. When a patient has a next-of-kin who is guarantor, invoices for the patient were not addressed to the guarantor.
