AngelTrack 2.0 build 249 (2016-02-07) release notes

The following features, bugfixes, and changes are present in this build:

Improvements and new features

1. Better fuel-status indicators for colorblind dispatchers and supervisors.
2. All meds in the medications list now have a ☑ Thrombolytic flag, which is user-configurable but already pre-configured for all meds in AngelTrack's built-in list.
3. When a crew member in the PCR selects a medication that is flagged ☑ Thrombolytic, the PCR displays a red exclamation point along with a link to pop up the reperfusion checklist.
4. The answers to the reperfusion checklist are now included in the run report.
5. Facilities Revenue Analysis Report is removed in favor of the greatly superior Facility Revenue Analysis Chart.

Significant bugfixes

1. The "Last EOB…" links in the Insurance Appeal Queue and Insurance Exception Queue would always load the latest payment event record, even if the event was not an EOB (i.e. even if the event was not an approval or denial).
