AngelTrack 2.0 build 250 (2016-02-21) release notes

The following features, bugfixes, and changes are present in this build:

Improvements and new features

  1. The PCR Assessment form is totally overhauled, and now sports a graphical bodymap for exam findings. An unlimited number of exam findings can be recorded at each exam location, and edited and deleted at will. All of your prior PCR assessment records have been migrated to the new format.
  2. Billing Activity Report now reports on the number of invoices committed, the number of invoices paid, and the number of prior authorizations filed.
  3. 277CA freeform text -- returned by the insurance clearinghouse and/or by underwriters -- in field STC12 is now captured and displayed, using either the EDI Batch Edit or the Payment Event Edit pages.
  4. The Coding page will now automatically tick the ☑ QL modifier checkbox when the "Patient disposition" field implies that the patient died.
  5. In all patient demographic pages, the height can now be entered as inches or as centimeters.
  6. New PCS collection mode ☑ Never, for use by our Australian customers.
  7. New standardized filters for the Master Billing Records, Line Items Report, and the Bulk Excel Exporter permit flexible filtering based on postprocess status and on payor, in addition to all the pre-existing filters.
  8. Coding page now allows custom procedure codes, with custom service price and mileage price. This is for dealing with state Medicaid agencies that use non-standard procedure codes.
  9. Coding page now provides a link to quickly view the claim as a CMS-1500 .PDF.
  10. New document type "Diagnostic image" added to list of attachable document types.
  11. Upon filing the first claim against the primary insurer, a dispatch's price quote will now be automatically set equal to the amount claimed with insurance. This permits revenue reporting to happen earlier, prior to price adjudication.
  12. Followup field "Condition of patient at destination" was changed by NEMSIS v3.4.0 from improved/unchanged/worse to green/yellow/red/black.

Significant bugfixes

  1. Zone Edit page did not permit zone boundaries on the continent of Australia; only North American zone boundaries were allowed.
