AngelTrack 2.0 build 252 (2016-03-06) release notes

The following features, bugfixes, and changes are present in this build:

Improvements and new features

  1. The very powerful Facility Revenue Analysis Report can now show all revenue from all sources in a single trend graph, split into WC and stretcher. The report has therefore been renamed to Revenue Trends Report. It remains capable of projecting unrealized revenues up to the present day, using data about call volume and historical reimbursement rates.
  2. New "State facility code" field is now in all facility records, in order to fill in the state-assigned facility identifier for use in trauma registry NEMSIS uploads.
  3. Members of the "Mechanic" role can now use the Checklists With Problems Report and the Checklist Shortfall Report.
  4. The Facility List Import tool is now far more capable and flexible: among other improvements, it no longer requires the county to be known.
  5. New Crew GPS Pin Rates Report in Supervisor Home shows all crew GPS pin rates, in order to quickly identify the lowest performers. To learn more about GPS pins and why they are important, read the GPS Tracking of Crews guide.
  6. Coding page now supports the QN modifier, required by certain state Medicaid carriers to explain the absence of a prior authorization number (or "TAR").
  7. Coding page now allows the mileage procedure code (A0425) to be overridden, in order to choose a nonstandard value required by certain state Medicaid carriers. Choices are:
  8. New help document The EDI Primer teaches beginning billers what the different EDI document numbers mean (837P, 999, 277CA, 835) and how AngelTrack, your clearinghouse, and the insurance carriers talk to eachother.

Significant bugfixes

  1. Invoice Generator for Patients failed to list patients who had invoiceable calls at the Billing office if those calls were already paid in full (balance = zero).
