Improvements and new features
-
The AngelTrack Beacon app for iOS is now available as a free download in the iTunes store. To learn more about AngelTrack Beacon and 24/7 GPS tracking of crews, read the GPS Tracking guide.
-
Invoices page now has a much-improved display of balances invoiced and balances due now.
-
The NEMSIS state uploader now has configurable a "AdditionalInfo" parameter, for state trauma registries that require it.
-
The NEMSIS state uploader now supports state trauma registries that refuse to accept "DEM" (i.e. demographic) uploads. Such states require demographic data to be submitted manually, rather than automatically by AngelTrack.
-
ePCS Form now rejects any attempt to type punctuation or other garbage characters into the "First name" and "Last name" fields, as is sometimes done by signatories who are seeking to avoid being identified later.
-
In the Insurance Payor ID List there is now a per-carrier checkbox, used to force AngelTrack to emit the provider's alternate ID as a REF*G2 segment in loop 2010BB, in addition to its proper place in loop 2310B. This is done to satisfy the non-compliant requirements of Kentucky state Medicaid.
-
Dispatch Followup and Crew Followup pages now do a more obvious job of rejecting a mileage of zero.
-
Deployment of the 160713CP2 patch to the NEMSIS v3.4.0 schema. The new patch does NOT cause any significant changes to the AngelTrack user experience.
-
Improved support for EDI 835 documents returned by Arizona Medicaid, which are missing their DTM*050 segments.
Significant bugfixes
-
Crew members were not allowed to switch themselves from off-duty to on-call, when they had unfinished reports due.
-
The HCPCS date qualifier (454/431/439) was not printed in the CMS-1500 form box 14.
-
Import an EDI Document failed to match up 835 payment with the associated dispatch if the attached patient record underwent a merge after the claim was filed but before the 835 was returned.
-
When attaching a document to a vehicle, an application error sometimes occurs.
