Improvements and new features
-
The Revenue Accrual Report now has drilldown capability. Any month can be clicked to open the Revenue Accrual Detail Report for that month, showing all of the revenue events that were used to calculate the revenue numbers for the month. The detail report is neatly grouped by counterparty, and includes subtotals.
-
The Invoices list can now print address labels to match the invoices in your bulk print job. The labels are arranged to fit perfectly onto Avery 5160 label sheets, which contain 30 labels per sheet.
-
New preference setting ☑ Wheelchair transports are presumed insurable tells AngelTrack to automatically tick the ☑ Bill insurance checkbox when booking a new wheelchair call. Normally wheelchair calls are not insurable and so AngelTrack automatically unticks that checkbox.
-
New troubleshooting checklist for Beacon on iOS walks you through the ten things to check if your iOS Beacon app is not phoning home correctly.
-
The state uploader now has a permanent workaround for the non-compliant requirements of ImageTrend webservices. All states using an ImageTrend webservice for their NEMSIS uploads will benefit from this permanent solution to the dreaded -3 error code.
-
Dispatch Followup now displays the numeric values of the call's three GPS pins (enroute, on scene, at destination) when present. You may need the numeric values -- rather than simply letting AngelTrack plot them on its map -- if you are writing up an official report about the dispatch.
-
When using the Dispatch Edit page to change a car or wheelchair call into a stretcher call, AngelTrack will now highlight the ☑ Bill insurance checkbox, to remind you that it should probably be ticked.
-
Two new built-in certificate types:
-
Bariatric Lift Safety Training
-
Bloodborn Pathogen / PPE Training
Remember that crews can record their PPE usage on any dispatch by clicking the "Log P.P.E. usage…" link on the Edit Followup page.
-
Rewritten Fuel Log Analysis Guide shows graphically how to read the Fuel Usage Analysis report to identify four common problems:
- Typographical error on fuel receipt entry
- Missing fuel receipt
- Vehicle is developing a mechanical problem
- Excessive idling, or a diversion of fuel
Significant bugfixes
-
When a rendering physician name and NPI is specified, then the generated 837P will sometimes contain an incorrect loop 2310A.
-
When manually adding a new insurance payor ID to the list, the new record's ☑ Requires the alternate provider ID in loop 2010BB segment REF*G2 field incorrectly defaulted to checked, rather than unchecked.
