Improvements and new features

1. The Weekly Schedule -- available as a link from the dispatch board -- has been rewritten and now makes use of the "Today Bar" logic to render the schedule for the next seven days. This means the Weekly schedule now has the Today Bar's smart runtime estimation features, which shows you how long each call is likely to run.
2. The tag system now supports multiple tags per dispatch (up to eight), chosen from up to 64 user-definable tags.
3. When printing an invoice, the first page now auto-rotates itself to portrait mode so that the TO: and FROM: fields line up with the address windows in a standard #10 business envelope. All other pages of the invoice print in landscape mode as usual.
4. The BillFlash invoice exporter is completely rewritten to take advantage of the BillFlash XML format and the new BillFlash table layout 1002. To learn more about using BillFlash to print and mail your invoices, read the BillFlash Export guide.
5. Dispatchers can now use the Crew QA Status report to see which crew members have unfinished reports. They can also use the dive-down report Crew Member Reports Waiting to see exactly which reports are waiting on the crew member.
