Improvements and new features
-
There is now a fourth customizable "Patient rate" (aka "purple rate") price schedule.
-
Billers can now record the retail prices for the line-item services often claimed against insurance:
- A0422 (Oxygen)
- A0424 (Extra crew member)
- A0420 (Waiting time - 30 mins)
- A0382 (BLS routine supplies)
- A0398 (ALS routine supplies)
- A0394 (ALS IV supplies)
- 93041 (3-lead ECG)
- 93005 (12-lead ECG)
The prices are recorded using the "Line Items" tab under the Pricing page. Once recorded, the prices will be automatically pre-populated in the relevant fields on the Coding page.
-
Invoices exported as .PDF now use landscape mode, so as to print without so much wrapping of text.
-
The Dispatch Runtimes and Lates report (under Dispatch Home) now has flexible filters.
-
New regional report available under City and State Reports is called QI for Genessee County, returning for export all dispatches involving a cardiac complaint, a pediatric trauma complaint, a crichostomy procedure, or an ST elevation.
-
All QI/QA reports now have built-in bulk exporters.
-
If an invoice contains no credit or debit for the ledger balance, then the zero ledger balance will no longer be mentioned.
Significant bugfixes
-
When A0382 and A0398 are both claimed for the same transport, an insurance carrier may complain that AngelTrack used the same service line identifier in loop 2400 segment REF*6R.
-
Invoices can be printed using all of the following methods:
- Single invoice print with markup ability
- Multiple invoice print
- Export as PDF
- Print receipt
- Print receipt as PDF
- Export as BillFlash XML
The FROM: address field layout (i.e. the billing address of the EMS agency) is now standardized across all of those methods, and -- where possible -- is aligned properly for a windowed #10 envelope.
