Improvements and new features

1. The invoices lists in the Patient Edit, Facility Edit, and Affiliate Edit pages now have bulk print and bulk export features.
2. 40 additional ICD-10 codes added to the picklists on the Coding page, covering the M79.6 pain category.
3. This update contains The Great Filtering Overhaul of 2016, in which all of the following grids and reports have been refactored to support MBQ-style flexible filters that include tags and service levels:
   • Cash Receipts Visualizer
   • Revenue Accrual Report
   • Scramble Time Visualizer
   • Bulk Excel Exporter
   • Line Items Report
   • Call Payor Visualizer
   • Calls Payable by Facility
   • Dispatches Runtimes and Lates

4. The Achievement Manual Grant page, accessed from Employee Edit, was confusing and so has been redesigned.
5. The Invoice Edit page's grid of included dispatches now includes the "Billing Notes" field, and is fully editable right in-grid just like the billing queues. This allows you to quickly mark up an invoice with !bang comments.
6. Can now search the insurance payor ID list by the five-character payor ID itself, in addition to the carrier name and the notes.
7. The Pricing Combination Analyzer, which is used to analyze competing bids for facility contracts, or to evaluate the financial impact of a change in your facility prices, has been improved to be easier to interpret.

Significant bugfixes

1. If an invoice contains one or more CAR or RAR codes, then when it was exported as .PDF the subtables of payment events had very poor column widths and justifications. This caused some columns to be crowded while other columns extended off the side of the page.
2. Invoice Generator for Patients throws an application error if there is a dispatch in the selected range that is marked ☑ Bill patient but the patient was subsequently detached.
3. On patient and affiliate invoices, but not facility invoices, the cover page's margin settings are wrong, causing some of the cover page text to be cut off.
4. The "Facility Service Request" popup on the Dispatch Create page did not work.
5. When a large number (1000+) of recent calls were delegated to an affiliate, the Dispatches Closed page became slow to load, taking up to ten seconds.
6. If a user attempts to download a .CSV export of the same grid twice within the same minute, an error message may be displayed.
