Improvements and new features
-
This build contains the latest release of the "Ajax Control Toolkit", which is a UI library used throughout AngelTrack for things like accordion displays, popup helper ballons, typeahead/autocomplete helpers, and the like. Because this UI library is a foundation component of the AngelTrack user interface, this build (270) is devoted almost entirely to the update. You will notice slightly faster loading times for most AngelTrack pages, as well as better compatibility with mobile browsers on Android and iOS devices.
-
The Insurance Pending Report now has dive-down capability into a new Carrier Pending Report that shows all claims outstanding with the selected carrier.
-
The Insurance Payor ID Edit page has a new "Claims" tab showing all outstanding claims for the respective carrier. The grid has the same features as the new Carrier Pending Report.
-
The "time performed" slider control in the PCR will now turn red to warn if an invalid event is specified, such as:
-
A procedure performed by the origin facility but at a time after the crew began transport; or
-
A procedure performed by the destination facility but at a time before the crew arrived at the destination; or
-
A procedure performed by the crew but at a time before arriving on-scene or after calling back in service.
-
QA reviewers can now delete and undelete service charges, using the newly improved grid of service charges located right in the QA Review form.
-
The Insurance Review Queue has been overhauled, and now features a popover review form containing all the relevant information needed by the reviewer. The form includes a convenient button to send the dispatch back to QA review when necessary.
-
New Delegation History Report is available under Dispatch Home for call centers who produce weekly or monthly spreadsheets of the calls they delegate to EMS companies. The report contains just the relevant fields in a convenient pre-sorted export to Excel.
Significant bugfixes
-
For very busy customers, the Prior Auth Queue was taking up to ten seconds to open.
-
Beginning in build 269, all announcements in the announcements list reported their authors as "built-in".
