Improvements and new features

1. The Insurance Review Queue now offers a button to simultaneously complete the insurance review and then go directly to the Coding page for the call. This function replaces the "Coding..." link that was removed in build 276.
2. Each invoice now has its own "Notes" field. These fields are displayed and editable from the Invoices list, and individually from each Invoice Edit page.
3. The invoice "Notes" field supports !bang comments, which will subsequently appear on the invoice's cover sheet, directly underneath the boilerplate text.
4. The "Filters" panel of the dispatch board has been overhauled. It now applies its filters to the "Assigned" and "Unassigned" boards in addition to the "Scheduled" board. It also remembers its filter settings, using browser cookies, for one year. This permits an EMS company to have separate stretcher and wheelchair dispatchers, who each view only their half of the call schedule.
5. If there are any "First N Miles Free" configured for the selected price schema, then the number of free miles will now appear automatically in the ☑ A0888 Unnecessary mileage field. However the checkbox will not be automatically checked.
6. Individual patient records can now be marked ☑ Always or ☑ Never requires prior authorization. This setting thereafter governs AngelTrack's prior authorization tracking for those patients.
7. X12.837P fields containing street addresses and city names are now filtered more strictly: they may contain the letters A through Z, the digits 0 through 9, and spaces. This change was done to accommodate certain carriers who reject claims which contain other ordinary symbols in these fields.
8. When editing a facility record, there is now an option to apply street address changes retroactively, to all completed dispatches linked to the facility record. Normally, AngelTrack applies facility record changes only to dispatch records which have not yet activated, so as not to perturb closed records that have already been billed out.
9. The Prior Authorization Help has been rewritten and is now much better.

Significant bugfixes

1. When assigning a dispatch activating at 23:59, 24-hour affiliates do not appear in the available affiliates list.
2. The Call Volume by Day of Week report data was off by one day: Monday's data was reported as Tuesday, etc.
3. Beginning in build 275, payment event receipt printouts (not payment events, just receipt printouts) which contained a discount quantity mistakenly added the discount to the balance due, rather than subtracting it.
4. Attempting to cancel an invoice will return an application error, if the invoice contains a dispatch whose execution status is "Cancelled".
