Improvements and new features
-
State Upload Queue can now bulk export in NEMSIS 2 XML format, in addition to NEMSIS 3 XML.
-
The Genie can now find closed invoices, in addition to open ones.
-
The columns in the Billing Activity Visualizer no longer overlap: manually recorded insurance payment events are reported in the "Insurance" columns, not in the "Manual" columns.
-
A new Bulldozer tool is available for use by the principal employee. It can perform bulk postprocess workflow moves, pushing large numbers of dispatches forward or backward in the workflow. To learn more, read the Bulldozer Guide.
-
On the last day of any month, the Invoice Generators now preconfigure their date ranges for the current month, rather than for the previous month.
-
Invoices can now be printed in LogistiCare's custom format, required when submitting car, wheelchair, and gurney calls for reimbursement. To learn how to configure and use AngelTrack to bill LogistiCare for car, wheelchair, and gurney services, read the LogistiCare Guide.
-
Using Preferences, AngelTrack can now be configured to immediately upload NEMSIS-reportable calls to your state trauma registry, upon entry to QA rather than upon graduation.
-
The Patients List now shows each patient's price schema.
-
The Employees List now flags employee accounts with a ☠ icon if they have not logged-in within the past 45 days.
-
Dispatch statistics are now available for each tag, in Tag Edit.
-
Affiliate Edit, Facility Edit, and Insurance Payor ID Edit pages now all have a "Payments" tab which shows all payment events connected to them. This is a handy way of reviewing all insurance activity for a particular carrier.
-
When closing an invoice, you can now review and edit the invoice's "Notes" field.
Significant bugfixes
-
Beginning in build 278, the ☑ Unattended mode checkbox on the dispatch board could not be toggled; it could only be toggled from the Preferenes page.
-
Beginning in build 278, carrier rejections arriving in a secondary 277CA did not cause the underlying dispatches to return to the Insurance Filing Queue for re-filing.
-
If a payment event record was later modified, the record would report its modification date in the "Recorded" column of various payment event grids. It should've reported its creation date in that column.
-
The grid of waiting dispatches in the QA Review Queue did not indicate the correct row-count, if one or more dispatches were awaiting corrections.
-
When filling out a checklist containing "Expiration date" type items, the checklist may refuse to save, depending on which other checklist items are present.
