Improvements and new features
-
AngelTrack R&D is proud to present: Dispatching from the Live Map, a brand new technology for dispatchers to visualize the upcoming assignments of each shift. To see this new technology in action, check out the YouTube walkthrough.
-
Followup now has improved UI for recording the other services present on-scene, including their leg times.
-
Invoices List now has a bulk "Mark as Sold" button. Likewise the "Invoices" tabs of the Patient Edit, Facility Edit, and Affiliate Edit pages.
-
The "Patient Find" search logic in Dispatch Create, Dispatch Edit, and Prior Auth Add can now more flexibly search by last name, by DOB, or both simultaneously.
-
Affiliates now have a separate "Floor/Room" field in their street address, to automate the addressing of invoices sent to them.
-
The crews' Run Call page now has links to AngelTrack's built-in adult, child, and infant CPR cards.
-
When assembling the documents for each run, AngelTrack now prefers PCS and PAN documents that were directly attached to the dispatch over those which apply to the dispatch based on its date of service and destination.
-
Patient Records Journal has expanded filters for use in data forensics.
-
EDI Batch Edit can now bulk export its dispatches in the usual formats, plus the CMS-1500 paper claim format.
-
Auto-generated EDI batch names are now smarter: when filing claims for a single patient or a single carrier, the patient's or carrier's name will now appear in the batch name.
-
Invoice Edit and Invoice Close now offer the respective "Patient Notes" field for viewing and editing, if the underlying invoice is for a patient (versus for a facility or an affiliate).
-
If a claim is adjudicated with the MA125 RARC ("Per legislation governing this program, payment constitutes payment in full."), AngelTrack will now automatically move the dispatch to "Finished" / written off.
-
CMS-1500 paper claims should now be created using regular AngelTrack claim batches, so as to provide the same batch-level controls for paper batches as exist for EDI batches. Among other benefits, this allows AngelTrack to create a single large .PDF containing all CMS-1500 claim forms in the batch, which is vastly easier to print than a bunch of separate .PDFs.
Significant bugfixes
-
Affiliates could not be marked as providing a maximum service level of Gurney.
-
A recurring round-trip marked as wait-and-return will now automatically reunite during the next recurrence.
-
The "Documents" tab of Dispatch Edit did not visually indicate which applied documents were deleted.
-
PCR barcode lookups were case-sensitive.
-
Bulk exports of run reports from the "History" tab of Patient Edit would sometimes fail.
