Improvements and new features

  1. The Live Map's new dispatch mode gains the following features:
  2. When assigning a dispatch in the traditional way (using the dispatch boards), mousing over an available shift now causes its crew pins on the map to animate, so as to clearly indicate the crew's location.
  3. When deactivating a tag, the Tag Edit page now offers to bulk clear that tag from all tagged dispatches.
  4. New help document Data Leak Forensics shows the step-by-step process to tracing a leak of HIPAA-protected data back to the employee who originally downloaded it from AngelTrack.
  5. When batching up insurance claims, AngelTrack now checks that all of the following are in order:
    1. Location modifier
    2. Primary diagnosis code
    3. Insurance fields:
      • Carrier type
      • Payor ID is locked
      • Patient's ID number
    4. Patient fields:
      • Last name
      • First name
      • Date of birth
If any of the aforementioned are missing, then that row will be omitted from the batch and then automatically un-checked.
  6. When beginning a new shift, the dispatcher can now downgrade its effective service level, in order to account for missing BLS/ALS equipment that would otherwise be carried. Such downgrades can be later edited using Shift Edit.
  7. When uploading a .PDF, AngelTrack now checks to see if it contains unprocessable TIFF images, and issues a warning if any are found. Such .PDFs must be uploaded whole (rather than opting for image extraction) or -- preferably -- disassembled by a .PDF reader and their images converted before upload to AngelTrack.
  8. The dispatch boards are now significantly more vertically compact.
  9. When AngelTrack's Preferences indicate that Labs and Telemedicine services are not offered, the corresponding controls will now be hidden from employee files and from the Shift Begin and Shift Edit pages, in order to reduce UI clutter.
  10. The Pricing grid now shows the number of counterparties attached to each price schema, including retail.
  11. The Certificate Types grid now shows the number of crew members, vehicles, and/or stations that hold each certificate type.
  12. The PCR gets 85 new entries in its ICD-10 "Acute Symptoms" list, and 21 new entries in its "Impressions" list.

Significant bugfixes

  1. When exporting invoices for sale to collections, if a dispatch's "Billing Notes" field contains more than one line of text, it will not export properly to .CSV format: the contents of the rightmost .CSV column "Billing Notes" will wrap around to column A in the next rows.
  2. When the PCR Narrative Length Report calculates its percentages, it should not include narratives that were written entirely without help from AutoCompose.
  3. When the AngelTrack preferences are configured to require an acute symptom list in PCR Assessment for emergent+ and ALS+ calls, the PCR will not always give a visual indication about the requirement. This makes it difficult for the crew to decide what data is missing for submit to QA.
  4. On QA Review, the link to the QA Protocol Document did not work.
