Improvements and new features

  1. For dispatches created from facility requests for transportation, the bill-to fields now take account of the requesting facility. The requesting facility will be offered as a choice for bill-to facility regardless of the origin and destination, and furthermore will be preferentially selected even if the origin or destination facilities are under contract.
  2. New reports added under City and State Reports:
  3. Due to problems with crews pencil-whipping their reports, AngelTrack will no longer automatically set the following Followup fields for emergent calls run by ambulances: Those fields must now be specifically answered by the attending.
  4. For the benefit of EMS operations that straddle multiple states, the Employees List now displays the crew member's effective certificate level in the state of the station to which they are assigned. If the employee is "float", i.e. not assigned to any station, then their effective certificate level will be calculated for the EMS company's home state as set under Preferences.
  5. Each facility record now has a ☑ Contract includes gurney van service checkbox, independent of the ☑ Contract includes wheelchair van service. Both of these checkboxes cause automatic setting of the bill-to fields on each new dispatch.
  6. The Receivables Aging Report can now look back in time, calculating a retroactive view of the company's receivables in 0/30/60/90/120/150/180 format. This will be useful if you are asked to show the ages of your receivables as they were on the last day of a quarter or of a year.
  7. The Dispatch Create page is now a bit smarter in how it auto-sets the service and bill-to fields.
  8. Improved UI for detaching a dispatch from an invoice: when detaching the invoice's last item, a checkbox is now offered to cancel the entire invoice.
  9. Improved UI for attaching a dispatch to an invoice: the list of candidate invoices is now filterable, seeking to match the dispatch with invoices that overlap its date of service and its allowed billing counterparties.

Significant bugfixes

  1. While a dispatch is still open, if the crew edits their Followup, changes to the "Minutes On-Scene Until Patient Contact" slider were not saved. The crew had to wait until the dispatch closed before their modification to the slider would be saved.
  2. In the City and State Report named QI by County or City, the date-range filters did not work.
  3. The Invoice Generator for Affiliates could not find any dispatch which had no patient contact and thus skipped QA review.
