Release dates

New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 your local time on Sunday morning.

Improvements and new features

1. Stale Receivables Queue now also considers invoicing activity, when deciding whether a receivable has gone untouched for too long.
2. The timeclock's Punctuality Flag now has two types of absence, rather than just one:  Absent - Ex  for an excused absence, and  Absent - Unex  for an unexcused absence. It is up to you to decide what excuses are valid, and to then set the appropriate flag. The Punctuality Report displays the numbers of excused and unexcused absences separately, in case you are of a mind to overlook any excused absences.
3. Modifications to the PCR Narrative will now be noted in the journal under the following circumstances:
   • The dispatch is at the  Billing office  or beyond; or
   • The dispatch has been at  Billing office  at least once, but is now back to the crew for revisions, and the person making the modification is not the attending.
4. In the Parking Lot, the Park/Unpark popover dialog now shows where (in the postprocess workflow) the dispatch will go if unparked.
5. The Billing Activity Visualizer now displays primary claims activity separately from secondary claims activity.
6. The Call Payor Visualizer and Line Items Report can both now filter by station and by priority.
7. You can now park dispatches from the Insurance Review Queue.
8. The Taxes and Commissions Calculator now works better, with many more filters. It can now calculate commissions for those who pay their billers a fixed percentage of the adjudicated price of all claims that each biller filed.
9. Changes to any of the following patient datafields will now be mentioned in the journals of all dispatches to which the patient is attached:
   • Last name
   • First name
   • Middle name
   • Social Security Number
   • Date of birth
10. Crew Home will now graphically warn patched crew members when their CPR cards expire, if AngelTrack is configured (in Preferences) to enforce CPR card requirements.
11. Ended Shifts and Checklists grid now has proper filtering capabilities.
12. Call Cancellation Reasons Report now has an enhanced data grid, and now shows the cancellations as percentages of total calls received.
13. Facility Edit has a new "Preauths" tab showing all PCS and PAN documents attached to the facility record as the destination. The respective grid of documents allows in-place editing.
14. When images (JPG or PNG) are uploaded but with the wrong file extensions, or with no file extensions at all (as happens with the camera rolls of certain Android devices), AngelTrack will now detect the image type and then automatically correct the file extension as necessary.

Significant bugfixes

1. Beginning in build 292, the export of invoices to Excel returned an application error.
