Improvements and new features
-
The following maps in AngelTrack can now show county lines if requested:
- Live Map
- Dispatch Assignment
- Call Volume Heatmap
- Zone Edit
-
New report Revenue Heatmap is now available under Billing Home. It can also show the heat of writeoffs.
-
Can now override the taxonomy prefixes ("PT" / "PE" / "BI") specified in X12.837P loops 2000A and 2310B. If not thus overridden, AngelTrack sets them automatically according to the X12 spec.
-
When closing an invoice, there is a new option to ☑ Close any sibling invoices that become paid in full. This will automatically close out all invoices for the same counterparty that become paid in full via the payment being applied, so that you won't have zero-balance invoices sitting around open.
-
The PCR will now require the MI form to be answered if the patient assessment finds an MI-related impression.
-
While importing 835 EDIs, you can now override the type of payment event that will be created. That is to say, you can force AngelTrack to treat an approval as a denial, or vice versa, if the allowed amounts or adjustments are abnormal. (AngelTrack already does this on its own in certain cases, but now you can do it too, whenever you see fit.)
-
When a dispatcher is ending a shift, any unfinished checklists are now indicated with a warning icon.
-
Emergent transports will no longer require a signature on the N.C.D./A.B.N. form.
-
Insurance Payor ID Edit has a new tab that displays all finished claims, i.e. all claims that have gone onward to invoicing and/or have advanced to 'Finished'.
-
New crew achievement category: "BiPAPs/CPAPs Applied".
-
Calls dispatched with a complaint of "Standby" will now add their time spent on-scene to the calculation for standby time charges, in the same manner as calls with "Well-person check" complaints.
-
ICD-10 suggested code list updates from Novitas and from TMHP.
Significant bugfixes
-
The Cancellation Reasons Report returned an error if more than 999 cancellations occurred within its data window.
-
The Import an EDI Document page failed to find the EDI documents inside .ZIP files, forcing users to manually unzip them first.
-
The last tag in the system (tag 64) overlapped the next-to-last tag (tag 63), such that any dispatch tagged with either one was being reported under both tags.
-
Beginning in build 293, the Pickup Delays Report stopped working.
-
Dispatch Edit was unable to save changes to the billable affiliate.
