New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 your local time on Sunday morning.

Improvements and new features

1. Can now override the NPI type which is sent in electronic claims; rather than always defaulting to a type 2 (organizational) NPI, you can force AngelTrack to report your organization as a type 1 (person) NPI, if your clearinghouse requires it owing to the single-NPI billing problem.
2. The automatic NEMSIS uploader now suppports the Michigan trauma registry.
3. There is a new security role "Medical director", and a new queue named Medical Director Review Queue accessible under Supervisor Home in the "Compliance" section. Your medical director can now login to AngelTrack and use the queue to review the state-mandated percentage of your transports. The queue sorts the most medically significant calls to the top.
4. New report CA-OC Dispatch Records by Date under Supervision Home provides the pre-formatted quarterly spreadsheet of BLS+ call data now required by OC-MEDS.
5. The Payment Event Finder and Line Items Report have new flexible balance/amount filters.
6. The Payment Event Finder can now filter by the counterparty insurance policy type, aka X12.835 CLP06, aka the "claim filing indicator code".
7. Crews are now permitted to enter SSNs as "000-00-####", for agencies which collect only the last four digits.
8. The QA Review Form now has a handy link to the super-compact ER dropoff report, which contains only the most pertinent information about a patient service.
9. Can now view and modify AngelTrack's list of built-in acute symptom codes, which are ICD-10 codes offered as choices on the PCR Assessment page for recording the patient's acute symptoms. Although AngelTrack's built-in list of ICD-10 codes conforms to the NEMSIS standard recommendations, a few states impose irregular requirements -- adding their own codes or disabling the recommended codes -- and with this new facility, you can update AngelTrack's code list to match your state. The user interface for this feature is located in the Symptoms List item under Settings.

Significant bugfixes

1. Under Dispatch Edit's "Billing" tab, the "Billing location" field did not account for invoice commits; thus it would sometimes falsely report the dispatch as being a stale receivable.
