Improvements and new features
-
Patient records can now be flagged "do not use Google to look up the home ZIP code", for those cases when Google is returning an incorrect ZIP code.
-
Coding now accepts ICD-10 codes having 'A' as the third digit of the category.
-
The columns in invoices now have a little more horizontal room, because the transport mileage and standby minutes columns have been combined.
-
Prior authorization documents (PCS and PAN) can now have trip counts, for use when a carrier has authorized a certain number of trips rather than a certain expiration date. AngelTrack will keep track of the applicable trips, and automatically set the expiration date when all trips are consumed.
-
All "Bulk Export" panels (except those in the insurance workflow) now offer to bulk export in the new "ER Dropoff Report" format.
-
The "ER Dropoff Report" format is slightly improved: it now contains the crew signatures and the leg times.
-
Import an EDI Document now allows for carrier-initiated patient name corrections to be ignored.
-
Per new Medicare audit procedures, AngelTrack's PCS form now differentiates betweeen an M.D. and a D.O.
-
Call Volume by Day of Week now allows multiple service levels to be simultaneously selected.
-
Invoices can now be downloaded as pre-filled CMS-1500 forms. Each invoice can download itself as a single .PDF, consisting of a series of these forms. AngelTrack will fill out the form's fields as best it can -- but naturally it will do a better job if the call has been coded.
Significant bugfixes
-
When using Dispatch Edit's "Invoices" tab to add the dispatch to an invoice, if no invoices are available which match the dispatch's date of service and counterparties, a "no invoices match" error was displayed, preventing the user from disengaging the filters to find a non-matching invoice.
-
When two PCR events are exactly ten minutes apart, AutoCompose will incorrectly say they are one minute apart.
-
The Invoice Generators give incorrect previews of how much the total will change in the event that the ☑ Override quoted prices option is chosen.
