Improvements and new features
-
New "Call-taker" role, allows you to grant to certain people the privilege of booking new dispatches, without any other dispatcher privileges or access.
-
When night crew members are assigned to the new "Call-taker" role, they can now self-dispatch: they can answer the dispatch phone, book the call in AngelTrack, and assign it to their own shift. To learn more, read the Crew Self Dispatch Help.
-
The patient's race is now required for all billable insurable calls, and for all stretcher calls regardless of billing settings when the preference setting ☑ Require all of the demographic data needed to bill insurance, just in case is selected.
-
For all calls where transport occurs, the crew must now answer (in the Followup) how the patient was moved to the vehicle. If the answer is "Stretcher", then the crew must answer how the patient was moved to the stretcher.
-
All grids that can filter by "tags include" and "tags do not include", can now also filter by "has any tag" and "has no tag".
-
When multiple patients are aboard the ambulance and the ☑ GM modifier is selected, a loop 2400 QTY*PT segment will now be emitted in the 837P which specifies the number of patients aboard.
Significant bugfixes
-
Fix for custom Oklahoma fields in NEMSIS export field eSituation.13.
