New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 your local time on Sunday morning.

Improvements and new features

1. New answers in the "reason for cancellation" dropdown
2. Grids of prior auths now have more and better filters.
3. Faster NEMSIS validations.
4. Workaround for TX requirement of "Unknown" patient names, and subsequent NEMSIS validation failures.
5. Trip-counted prior authorizations now automatically expire after one year.
6. New report under Supervision Home: Top Ten QA Obections, which reports company-wide.
7. When an employee's password eventually expires, they must now input their email address, for use in automatic password resets.
8. Medicare 2019 rate data and ZIP code data.
9. New importers for Medicare rate data and ZIP code data, to allow user updating.
10. Revenue Trends now goes back 13 months, and can filter by the primary insurance carrier.
11. New report under Billing Home: Journal Search, which allows quick searches of the entire dispatch journal, including many filter options.

Significant bugfixes

1. When a crew member who is using the PCR is detached from the dispatch, the crew member will no longer receive an application error.
