Improvements and new features

  1. New 'Compact' invoice format, especially suited for patient invoices.
  2. The timeclock now supports monthly and bi-monthly pay periods, although the Payroll Calculator does not.

Significant bugfixes

  1. Patient name suffixes "II" and "III" will now be kept capitalized.
  2. The check-marks on the McPAN form did not appear in PDF exports.
