Improvements and new features

  1. Greatly simplified Checklist system.
  2. Patient records can now be marked "inactive / deceased", causing them to stop showing up in patient search grids. All data about them, and all receivables still "in the air", are of course preserved.
  3. Faster exports from the Bulk Excel Exporter.

Significant bugfixes

  1. The print and PDF links in various billing grids downloaded an incomplete run report.
