Improvements and new features
-
AngelTrack can now scrape and convert TIFF images from .PDF document uploads.
-
Fuel estimates are no longer thrown off by erroneous too-large odometer readings in older fuel receipts.
-
When using Invoice Edit's "Service Charges" tab to add fees to the dispatches in an invoice, there is now a checkbox to also apply the price changes to the current invoice.
-
New report Facilities Volume Monitor graphically displays the last sixteen weeks of call volume from all of your top facilities, to assist in quickly identifying a loss of business.
-
When Medicaid is the secondary and does not allow copays to be collected from patients, the carrier is supposed to return the MA125 remark code. This code tells AngelTrack to automatically move the dispatch to "Finished," rather than to the patient invoicer. Unfortunately, some state Medicaid carriers (specifically Georgia) fail to return MA125 in this situation. You can now edit the carrier's payor ID record in AngelTrack and tick the ☑ Fails to return MA125 when secondary and no patient copay allowed checkbox to indicate that when the carrier is secondary, the patient should never be billed for the copay.
Significant bugfixes
-
When both an origin facility and a destination facility filters are specified, the grid erroneously performed an inclusive test, rather than exclusive test.
