Improvements and new features

1. New Claims Aging Report under Billing Home shows open insurance claims and amounts organized in 30, 60, 90, and 90+ days.
2. New ICD-10 code lookup helper in the PCR PMHx and Patient Edit pages.
3. Can now input the CARC chart from a paper EOB, in order to electronically file against the secondary insurance. To learn more, read the Payment Events Piecemeal guide.
4. Support for Medicare's new requirement of printing the origin ZIP code in CMS-1500 box 23, after any PAN number.

Significant bugfixes

1. Extremely tall images of ECG strips would cause the PDF export to fail. They will now be automatically flipped to horizontal.
