Improvements and new features

  1. PDF documents (where AngelTrack was unable to extract any page scans) attached and/or applied to a dispatch will now be merged in to its PDF-exported run report.
  2. Crew dispatch notification messages will now be sent at the time a dispatch activates, rather than earlier when it was assigned to them.
