Improvements and new features
-
Updated schematrons for MA and TN.
-
The compact invoice format now lines up correctly with windowed envelopes.
-
The new graphical progress indications on the dispatch board now show the pickup and dropoff times.
-
Patient records now have a field for the Medicare Beneficiary ID Number [MBI], which will auto-populate into the patient's insurance policy ID where appropriate.
-
The genie can now search patients by MBI.
-
Compact invoice PDFs are now much smaller (in diskspace), for easier handling.
-
Invoices can now be printed as singletons -- meaning: as a series of separate sub-invoices, one per trip.
-
Invalid email addresses will now be automatically removed from employee, vehicle, affiliate, facility, and patient records. This is done to clear up confusing "Why aren't these messages going through?" questions when an email address is subtly mistyped, such as "@gmail.con".
-
New report for CA customers, under City and State Reports: CA QAF Emergent Revenue by Quarter.
-
New preference setting allows employees to switch from on-call to on-duty when they have reports and corrections due. This will permit the timeclock to track mid-shift breaks.
-
The Facility List Importer can now automatically retrieve each state's current facility list as posted on the NEMSIS website, and import it into AngelTrack.
-
After manually recording an approval payment event from the primary, if you choose to send the call back to Billing Office, AngelTrack will automatically switch the coding target to the secondary carrier. This allows you to completely skip the Coding page, and immediately batch up the claim.
