Improvements and new features
-
Greatly improved support for rotor- and fixed-wing services, and for the pricing, coding, and invoicing of those services.
-
New "Quick Statements" feature, allowing a quick printout of everything owed by a facility, affiliate, or patient. These can be printed from Patient Edit "Receivables" tab, Affiliate Edit "Receivables" tab, Facility Obligations report accessible from Facility Edit "Billing" tab, Patients With a Balance, Affiliates With a Balance, and Facilities With a Balance. Quick statements are not connected to the invoicing system.
-
State schematrons for AK, AL, MD, MI, NC, PA, and TX will now show their validation warnings, in addition to validation errors. The attending can bypass the warnings according to company guidelines and his own judgment; state schematrons are buggy, and so it is not always possible to satisfy all warnings.
-
The Invoice Generator for Patients will now remember the user's place in the patients list after each commit.
-
If the company's state upload credential is failing, a red warning icon will now appear on the AngelTrack home page.
-
Minimum acceptable GPS accuracy for PCR usage is now a preference setting, defaulted to 2.0 kilometers.
-
ePCS and eMcPAN forms will now use the crew's recent GPS position (if less than 20 minutes old) if they cannot get an accurate GPS position while indoors.
-
A chart of additional metrics is now shown at the bottom of the Shifts Utilization report.
-
Better traps for bad Aetna secondary EOBs that claim to be primary adjudications.
-
Updated medications list for the PCR's PMHx medication finder, now with 620,000 entries.
