New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. The in-grid editable billing notes fields now behave differently. We have tried for years to make the in-place text editor work reliably in all browsers, but now both Firefox and Chrome are occasionally failing, so we have given up and switched to a less-convenient UI. You must now click the notes field to switch it to editable mode, then make your edits, then click save. We know everyone is going to hate this change, and we tried and tried to make the old system 100% reliable, but couldn't.
2. The list of choices in the PCR Injury cause-of-injury dropdown is now configurable, under Settings, to allow customization for state eInjury.01 requirements such as California's.
3. Customer portal facility booking now supports longer email addresses.
4. 2020 Medicare rate and ZIP code data is now online.
5. To prevent emails going to ex-employees, nightly emails will no longer be sent to employee accounts that are still active but which have not logged-in during the past seven days.

Significant bugfixes

1. Fix failure to import an X12.835 document whose TS3 loop specifies an identifier that is not a valid NPI, as seen from SIERRA HEALTH AND LIFE.
