Improvements and new features

  1. Warnings will now be displayed to dispatchers when attaching a patient for whom any prior dispatch was sold to collections within the past two years.
  2. If on-call clock-in is allowed, a button will appear in the Shifts table to allow a dispatcher to quickly switch all of the shift's on-duty crew members to on-call, or vice-versa. This is to facilitate customers in states like California which require work breaks to be commanded and booked; the timeclock's on-call system is suitable for this purpose.
  3. Shift Edit now displays the crew's net patch level, calculated independent of their vehicle, for use in diagnosing cases where AngelTrack's patch-level calculations are coming back too low owing to missing certificates.
  4. There is now a preference setting to disable AngelTrack's automatic use of the GY modifier on non-covered service loops for claims being batched to Medicare as the primary carrier.
  5. New report under Supervisor Home: Shift Utilization vs TOT, compares the percent of time that shifts are idle (not running any call) versus the average TOT (time on task).
