Release dates

New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. There is a new payment event type named "Finance charge", which unlike "Service charge," always applies, even if there is an insurance adjudication.
2. When bulk closing invoices as "Unpaid" or "Sold," there is a new UI for bulk adding a late charge to all of the underlying receivables.
3. When a crew member opens multiple tabs to the same PCR's narrative page, the auto-save feature can cause one tab's content to over-write newer content saved by another tab. It will appear as though AngelTrack has deleted the narrative. To prevent this possibility, the narrative page no longer offers to auto-save; an affirmative click on the "Save" button is now required.
4. The Coding page now allows the coder to specify a hospital admission date, which goes into box 18 of the 1500 form and into loop 2300 DTP*435 in an 837P claim. The date is drawn automatically from the PCR Hospital page, and can be overridden or cleared by the coder.
5. Billing grids now allow the ☑ Bill insurance and ☑ Bill patient to be toggled on, if they are off.
