New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. Integration with the NSure Insurance Discovery and Demographic Verifier products. If you would like to take advantage of this integration, you must sign up your agency for an NSure account. Refer to the NSure integration guide for details.
2. Updated and reorganized lists of acute symptom ICD-10 codes, and impression ICD-10 codes.
3. The PCR has new two-level dropdown lists, to make it easier for crews to choose ICD-10 codes from the long lists of choices. This new UI is off by default, as we collect feedback from early-adopters and possibly refine it. If you would like to try it out, visit the Preferences page under Settings, and tick the ☑ PCR UI should offer cascading code-pickers instead of drop-down lists checkbox.
4. Updated schematron from AZ.
5. Better support for city names that contain accented (Spanish) vowels.
