New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. PCR user-interface improvements.
2. Updated schematron from AZ.
3. More flexible editing control over employee HR history.
4. The NSure integration now has a config setting to decide whether to send the rendering or billing provider NPI in each NSure query. This for use by billers who use a single NSure API access key to perform billing queries for multiple EMS providers.
5. Can now park and unpark a dispatch from the "Billing" tab of its Dispatch Edit page.
6. Fresh drug lookup data from RxNorm/RxCUI, which after de-duplication and cleanup consists of 628,000 unique entries.
7. Fresh (2021) Medicare rate data.
8. Improvements to the auto-lookup system for ZIP codes and counties.
