Improvements and new features

  1. There is a new preference setting, selectable in the "Dispatch" section of the Preferences page, that controls the color-highlighting on the dispatch board. When set to its default value, the dispatch board uses simple green/red coloration to indicate when the crew has spent more than the normal number of minutes on the current leg of their dispatch. The new choice -- "Graduated green-yellow-red" -- changes the coloration logic to instead use a graduated green-to-yellow-to-red indication of lateness. Some users may find it to be a more intuitive way to visualize which crews are running long on their current trip leg.
  2. The very handy Facilities Volume Monitor no longer includes facilities on the basis of their return-trip call volume, but rather only includes facilities on the basis of their outbound call volume. This will remove the useless display of dialysis centers and the like, whose call volumes are not relevant when monitoring one's facility contracts.
  3. The Employees List now offers single-click account unlocks, in case an employee is having trouble logging in and needs their dispatcher to unlock their account in order to give them more tries.
  4. Updated schematrons from CA, GA, MT, and NY.
  5. The Prior Auth Queue now flags trips where the patient's primary insurance is "[Not recorded]" as needing a PAN.
  6. For Medicare RSNAT (PAN) flagging, AngelTrack will now ignore trips whose priority is set "Lower Acuity," that is, last-minute non-emergent bookings. The only trips that will be flagged for a Medicare PAN are those which are BLS+, non-emergent, and booked as "Scheduled". AngelTrack will flag them even if they are not configured to recur, because the patient's transports may be repetitive even if not always booked that way.
  7. On the PCR Airway page, the "Inspiration time" and "Exhalation time" fields now accept values as small as 0.3.
  8. Throughout most of the dispatch side of AngelTrack, user-page-locking is now implemented. This means that when user Joe is editing a vehicle, or a station, or a QA review, or what have you, then all other users who access the same page will be warned that Joe is editing the record, and they must wait for him to save or discard his edits. The warning can be bypassed if necessary -- if, for example, Joe has already gone home but left a page open on his screen. User-page-locking does not yet apply to the critical pages Dispatch Edit, Dispatch Followup, Dispatch Assign, Dispatch Cancel, and Dispatch Divert, or to any page in the PCR, as those will be implemented later, after the AngelTrack ecosystem has had a chance to give feedback on the new system.
  9. New help document: Implementing the Georgia COVID-19 Emergency Rule in AngelTrack, for those providers who are authorized to use non-EMS personnel as BLS drivers.
