Release dates

New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. AngelTrack can now automatically transfer your EDIs to and from your clearinghouse, and can even automatically import the carrier replies (X12.999, X12.277CA, and X12.835). To learn more, read the Clearinghouse Uploader/Downloader Guide. Note that the Office Ally and Availity uploaders are now available, while the Waystar uploader is temporarily disabled, pending further R&D.
2. Even if you do not use AngelTrack's automatic uploader/downloader, the newly expanded Insurance Transmission Queue now retains copies of all your finished (imported) EDIs, for future reference.
3. When a biller clicks the 1500 suitcase icon to download a claim batch as a CMS-1500 PDF, that batch will now be automatically marked as "Accepted".
4. The dispatch boards now show the patient's DOB.
5. On the dispatch boards, emergent calls are now indicated by an orange arrow, to different them from the red arrow used for critical calls.
