Release dates

New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. Employee names will now be stored in separate last/first/middle fields, rather than a single unified textfield. This will allow easy sorting of lists of employees, and also automatically standardize all display of employee names in the "Last, First Middle" format.
2. The aforementioned last-name/first-name/middle-name fields in each employee record have been automatically populated using data scraped from the single unified "full name" textfield. However, this required natural-language processing, and so employee full names that had an unusual structure, or that had unusual prefixes or suffixes, may not have converted correctly. Please review your employees list and verify that all names are correct.
3. Updated schematrons from AL, OR, and CA.
4. The "Invoices" grids in Affiliate Edit, Facility Edit, and Patient Edit now have bulk-levy-finance-charge functionality.
5. The Coding page now allows the use of standard pickup codes in the "Custom pickup code" field, in case you wish to specify a one-off custom price without using the normal price-schema system.
6. Improvements to the NSure user-interface.
