Release dates

New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. Dispatchers can now seamlessly assign multiple shifts to a single dispatch; read the Multiple Responders Guide for details.
2. The Coding page will now display the accident-related-cause codes it intends to emit in the insurance claim.
3. The clearinghouse uploader now uploads new claim batches within a minute of their creation. If you intend your claim batch for printing on CMS-1500 forms, i.e. you do not want AngelTrack to upload it for you, then there is a new "Claim batch (no upload)" option for batch creation.
4. New report under Billing Home: Insurance Collectons by Code, used to pull the data needed for state Medicaid supplementary reimbursement reports (particularly Georgia's).
