Release dates

New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. The Payroll Calculator, Labor Cost Visualizer, and Labor Cost Versus Call Volume Report now support the bi-monthly and monthly payroll schedules.
2. The payroll and labor cost reports now run in half the time they previously took.
3. Can now specify the payor control number (aka "Reference Identifier") when typing in a paper EOB, for use in filing an electronic correction claim.
4. Facilities and affiliates now each have a 'Notes' field, which is visible during invoicing.
5. The PCR printout now includes a chart of PPE usage.
6. Invoice Pay now has an option to add a finance charge while applying a payment.
7. From Settings you can now configure a list of standard service charges, along with their prices and billing guidelines, to assist QA reviewers in assessing any line-item service charges.
