Release dates

New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. When uploading a prior auth document, you can now see a grid of the patient's trips within the date range, with indicators of which trips will attach to the new document.
2. Infrastructure build-out for upcoming major feature.
3. Updated schematron from MI.
4. On the Settings page there is a new item: Service Levels Configuration, which allows customization of which shifts/affiliates AngelTrack considers to be qualified to respond to which service requests. For example, it allows customization of whether a BLS-I shift is considered qualified to respond to an ALS dispatch. These configuration options affect the dispatch system, but not the PCR and not billing.
