Release dates

New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. AngelTrack's integrated NFIRS (fire department) system is now ready for beta users! AngelTrack can now:
   
   • Dispatch EMS and fire calls side-by-side, on the same dispatch board;
   • Run EMS and fire calls side-by-side on the same crew screen, with each crew member using only a single login;
   • Perform state data validation and automatic upload of NFIRS data, and automatic re-upload, and automatic no-activity reports;
   • QA both EMS and fire calls in a single unified QA workflow;
   • Perform billing for both EMS and fire calls in a single unified workflow;
   • Perform fleet tracking, including fuel purchases and maintenance intervals, for EMS and fire vehicles side-by-side; and
   • Offer all the other HR features such as certificate tracking, timeclock, immunization tracking, and similar, for EMS and fire crew members in a single unified portal.
   We extend our warmest invitation to all fire departments and EMS/fire combined operations to try the fire system and let us know how it might be improved.
