Release dates

New releases are always installed during a maintenance window, at 02:00 Central Standard Time on Sunday morning, which is early Sunday afternoon for AUS customers.

Improvements and new features

1. AngelTrack LLC has a Christmas present for all customers! On the Billing Home page, under the "Compliance" menu, find a new item called "Medicare Ground Ambulance Data", which provides all the data AngelTrack possesses to help you fill out the Medicare Ground Ambulance Data Collection Instrument. Presently, data is only available for CY 2021, but CY 2022 data will be available in this report in April 2023, after the underlying data has settled.
2. New "Facility Onlooker" role, allows you to grant access to specific employees at hospitals and nursing homes, allowing them to download completed run reports for trips to and from their location. To learn more, read the Onlooker Role Guide.
3. From Invoice Edit, you can now print an invoice as a series of .PDF singletons, gathered into a .ZIP file.
4. In its NEMSIS exports, AngelTrack now includes the price quote (if any) in an eCustomResults fields. To learn more, refer to the State Uploads Guide.
5. The CAD API now allows booking of fire-related services, as well as on-scene labs visits. To learn more, refer to the CAD API for NEMSIS Guide.
